Dani’s Dorm Desserts

Hi! my name is Dani. These no-bake peanut butter bars are extremely easy to make and only require 5
ingredients. This is a special recipe to me because my best friend's mom, Caroline makes these. About every time
I would go over to my friends house her mom would bake a sweet treat of some sort. This recipe reminds me of
home and the fun chats the three of us had in their kitchen.
Preparation Time:
- Preparation Time - 15 minutes
- Total Time - 2 hours 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- ½ cup of salted butter (melted)
- 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs
- 2 cups of powdered sugar
- 1 cup + 2 spoonfuls of peanut butter
- 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips

Line baking pan or shallow bowl with butter, foil or parchment paper (whatever you have available)

Mix melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, and powdered sugar together. Once mixed add in 1 cup of peanut butter.
Take mixture and press into baking pan or bowl make as even as possible

Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips and 2 spoonfuls of peanut butter in the microwave. Pour over the graham cracker
and peanut butter mixture.

Put it in fridge to cool for about 2 hours. Let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving to
easily cut.
